My life is My message
Love All, Serve All
Help Ever, Hurt Never
Why fear when I am here
Love is my form, Truth is my breath
Love lives by giving and forgiving - Self lives by getting and forgetting.
Life is a game, play it.
There is life throughout the Universe. To God the Universe is one. Earth is the symbol of the Lord and is an image of the Lord.
There is only one language, the language of the Heart.
Life is a dream, realise it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Hands that help are holier than lips that pray.
I know the agitations of your hearts, the aspirations, the waves and whirlpools; but, you do not know My heart. I react to the pain you undergo, the joy that you feel. For, I am in every heart. That is the temple where I dwell.
Love is God, Live in Love.
Hands in the Society, Head in the Forest.
The whole world is Reflection, Reaction & Resound.
3Ds = Duty, Devotion, Discipline
WATCH = watch your Words + Actions + Thoughts + Character + Heart
Seva is the best sadhana.
Where there is Love, there is Peace.
Time waste, is life waste.
The secret of happiness is not doing what one likes, but in liking what one has to do.
Take one step towards Me; I shall take a hundred towards you
Dharma protects those who protect Dharma
Come to me, eager to learn, to progress, to see yourself in Me, and I shall certainly welcome you and show you the way. You will indeed be blessed.
Bear all and do nothing; Hear all and say nothing; Give all and take nothing; Serve all and be nothing.
Make your life a rose, that speaks silently in the language of fragrance.
Greed yields only sorrow; contentment is best.
You are not one person, but three: The one you think you are; The one others think you are; The one you really are.
The mother is the pillar of the home, of society, of the nation, and so of humanity itself.
If it is good and will harm no one, go ahead. If it is not good, put it aside. If not sure, do nothing until sure.
I - Want - Peace "I" is ego. "Want" is desire. Remove ego and desire and you have peace.
Learn to speak what you feel, and act what you speak.
Doing one's duty, however small, in an unattached manner gives rise to the awakening of self awareness.
The end of wisdom is freedom.
The end of culture is perfection.
The end of knowledge is love.
The end of education is character.
If wealth is lost, nothing is lost.
If health is lost, something is lost.
If character is lost, all is lost.
The first step in the Sadhana is the cleansing of the speech. Talk sweet without anger.
The body will shine if the character is fine; service of man and worship of God will preserve its charm.
The minimum qualifications for Grace is surrender of ego.
Don't waste money Don't waste time Don't waste food Don't waste energy
The less you talk, the more will become your mental power. With the increase in your mental capacity, there will be increase in your power of discrimination too.
When one cultivates the inner look, one attains the conviction of the basic equality of all.
The joy of being the master of senses is far greater than being their slave.
Bend the body, mend the senses and end the mind - this is the way to Immortality
Haste makes waste; Waste makes worry; So do not be in a hurry.
Man minus immorality is Immortality.
You should completely forget the help rendered by you to others and the harm done to you by others.
If animal feelings are washed out, Divine feelings begin to overflow instead.
Think before speaking. Think before acting. Then go ahead If you feel good about it.
Do not waste a single moment, in idling or loose living.
Desire destroys devotion, anger destroys wisdom, greed destroys work - hence these bad qualities must be sacrificed.

EHV Workshop by Bro. C.D. Sainadh, Sis. Subashini Sainadh, and Bro. Vasanth Rao

Om Sri Sai Ram

With Swami’s grace we have been blessed with the upcoming visit of Bro. C.D. Sainadh, Sis. Subhashini Sainadh, and Bro. Vasanth Rao, during which they will conduct an EHV workshop. A brief profile of our esteemed guests is presented below, followed by the programme of events for the EHV workshop they will be conducting.

You may also download the programme of events for reference.

Bro. C.D. Sainadh has worked as the Regional Spiritual coordinator for Gulf and Middle East under the Convenorship of Shri. G.B. Choithram, Regional Coordinator for the 18 countries in the Middle East and Gulf region.

It was Swami Chinmayananda, who first opened his eyes to the glory of the spiritual world, being instrumental for Sainadh’s transformation and coming into Swami’s fold in the year 1973. Ever since, Bhagawan Baba has been his guiding light. After his move to Muscat as an Airlines professional, Sainadh and his equally devoted spouse, Subhashini, were inspired to convert their entire house into a very active and vibrant hub of the Sai movement in Muscat for many decades.

Being literally guided by Bhagawan in his every move to become HIS instrument, post-retirement Sainadh started on his path as HIS messenger and toured all over the world, conducting various workshops on Swami’s teachings.

Sainadh’s presentations have been instrumental in bringing awareness of Sai’s Mission & Vision, focusing on the Organization and the Tasks of devotees in forwarding the mission, thus strengthening the faith in Devotees towards Bhagawan and having tremendous effect in their participation in the SSSSO activities.

Sainadh’s impressive portfolio of workshops and presentations include those on EHV, Value Parenting, Effective Teaching techniques, Youth Awareness programs, Listening Skills, Leadership Qualities and how to better your Journey of Life.

Sis. Subhashini Sainadh has been an ardent devotee of Bhagawan Baba, as well as a rigid follower of Swami’s teachings, and has been an inspirational instrument in spreading Swami’s teachings in many countries. At the tender age of nine, not only did she inspire her parents to join Swami’s fold, her devotion drew her closer to Baba, spending hours in the nearby Sai Centre. Growing up to complete her MA in Child Psychology, she worked as a Medico Social worker in The Indian Council of Medical Research, to satisfy her yearning to serve humanity.

After her marriage to Bro. C.D. Sainadh, Subhashini till recently, has spent a major part of her life in the Sultanate of Oman, transforming her devotion to Swami into active service in the Sai Organization, being the pioneering Bal Vikas teacher in Muscat in the 80s, imparting Swami’s Education in Human Values. After the formal affiliation of the Oman centres under the umbrella of Sri Sathya Sai World Council, Subhashini as the first Mahila Coordinator conducted programs and workshops that influenced many to take an active part in community development and social service activities in Oman. Today, having travelled worldwide in her mission of spreading Swami’s message of Love and Service, she stands as an evolved and mature devotee, who is an inspiration to one and all.

Bro. Vasanth Rao B K hails from the tiny temple town of Udupi and settled down in Bangalore. Mechanical engineer by profession from Chennai University, he has worked for over 35 years in the Heavy commercial vehicle industry assisting global players such as Mercedes Benz, TATA, MAN, and General Motors in various countries such as India, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. He is currently serving as a consultant to SAF Holland, Germany.

Swami was kind enough to bestow opportunities to start and lead the Sai centres in Kitwe, Zambia and Muscat Oman, plus closely associate with all activities of the Sai centers in UAE, Bahrain and Qatar. These included regular study sessions, Bal Vikas classes, Spiritual retreats, Devotional as well as Seva activities such as regular Blood donation camps, Narayan Seva etc. The Weekend Laban and Sandwich Seva to street vendors during the hot summer months, started by him as a small personal sadhana has now grown into a regular full fledged Seva in almost all Sai centres in the Middle east.

He has undergone special training in Australia on the “Hidden dangers of prolonged exposure to harmful electro magnetic fields” from various sources such as cell phone towers, Wi-Fi, mobile phones and other household gadgets. He is currently engaged in spreading awareness on this topic of great current interest through frequent lectures at the invitation of various Spiritual as well as other forums, including a session with the Senior faculty members of the Sri Sathya Sai University for higher learning, Puttaparthi. He conducts Free on site health audits of homes, hospitals, clinics, schools and residences etc. to locate possible health hazards and suggest simple remedies.
